Abstract Objective: To investigate quality care intervention methods and the effect for ectopic pregnancy with shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery.Method: 150 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients treated by laparoscopic surgery from January 2013 to December 2013 were set as the study group, were given quality care intervention; 150 cases between January 2012 to December 2012 were set as the control group, were given conventional obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Result:The incidence of ectopic pregnancy in patients with shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery of the study groupwas 13.3%,significantly lower than the rate of 52.7% of the control group.Aspects of pain,proportion occurred rate of mild,moderate,severe of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,comparison with statistical
significance between the data(P<0.01).Patient satisfaction of the study group was 97.3%,significantly higher than the 81.3% of the control group,compared with statistical significance between the data(P<0.01).Conclusion:The quality care is of great value for the effective prevention of the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy in patients with shoulder pain and reduce the degree of shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery and improve patient satisfaction.
