Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical curative effect of senile breast cancer with brain metastasis cancerof late course three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy.Method： 100 elderlypatients of our hospital in metastatic carcinoma of breast and brain were selected and retrospective analyzed，they wererandomly divided into the control group and the treatment group，50 cases in each group.The control group’s patients weretaken three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy treatment，the treatment group’s patients were taken late coursethree dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy treatment， the clinical curative effect oftwo groups’ patients were compared and analyzed.Result：The clinical curative effect of treatment group’s patients werebetter than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Patients taking threedimensional
conformal radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy treatment， can significantly improve thelife quality of patients，it is worthy of clinical application.
