Abstract Objective:To correct hypoxia and improve the clinical curative effect of carbon dioxide retentionof noninvasive ventilator therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with acute aggravating period ofcombination of respiratory failure.Method:60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with acuteaggravating period combination of respiratory failure were selected as the research objects, 20 cases when administeringoxygen inhalation through nasal catheter were selected as the control group, 20 cases of COPD exacerbations merger Ⅰtype of respiratory failure patients noninvasive ventilator oxygen therapy were set as research phase 1; 20 cases of COPDexacerbations period merger Ⅱ type of respiratory failure patients noninvasive ventilator oxygen therapy were set as research phase 2. PaO2, PaCO2 level were observed before and after oxygen cure.Result:1 set of PaO2 and 2 set of PaO2 improvedobviously after treatment, the 2 set after treatment PaCO2 decrease were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive respiratory function effective correction of COPD patients with acute aggravating period combination ofrespiratory failure of oxygen and carbon dioxide retention
