Abstract Objective: To study the influence of different body position nursing care of ventilator associatedpneumonia.Method: 90 patients with ICU ventilator ventilation in our hospital were randomly selected from June 2012to June 2014 as the research object, and were randomly divided into control group, observation group A and observationgroup B,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing care, observation group A was treated by
rotational position nursing care, observation group B patients were treated by half decubitus position nursing, the nursingeffect and satisfaction of three groups of patients were compared.Result: The observation group A and observation groupB disease risk were significantly lower than the control group, compared to the results of each group show the statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.05);the risk of illness in observation group A was significantly lower than in the observation
group B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), where the rate was 56.7% in the control group,6.7% inobservation group A,26.7% in observation group B.The patients’ ICU length of stay and ventilator time in observationgroup A and observation group B were significantly lower than the control group, and the observation group A was betterthan the observation group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients’ care and satisfactionin observation group A and observation group B were higher than the control group ,and observation group A was betterthan observation group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: With different bodyposition nursing care, the nursing effect is put in bigger difference, the best care result was rotational position, half lyingposition nursing and rotational position all can to a certain extent, reduce the risk of ventilator associated pneumonia, butalso can effectively improve the effect of the patients’ prognosis and family members’ satisfaction degree for nursing, it hasclinical application value.
