Abstract Case management information system has been widely used in hospitals， it is an effective way to take advantage of network technology and computer systems to modernize medical record information management.Data quality defects are recurring problems of information system operation， causing many adverse effects to the hospital staff and managers.This paper starting from the characteristics of medical record information， brief analyzes the problems of data quality， and discusses in detail the impact of data quality problems for hospital case management information system， and put forward some measures to solve the data quality problems.
