Abstract Objective:To study Subclinical hypothyroidism’s influence on coronary artery atherosclerosis
patients.Method:These coronary artery atherosclerosis patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table, these coronary artery atherosclerosis patients whose thyroid function did not decline belonged to control group, while these coronary artery atherosclerosis patients whose thyroid function declined belonged to experimental group, compared two group’s blood fat situations and their coronary artery atherosclerosis conditions. Result:Compared with the control group, the experimental group’s thyrotropic hormone, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and cholesterol in blood serum raised a lot, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol significantly decreased( P<0.05), it had statistics meaning.Experimental group’s coronary artery atherosclerosis ratio was higher than control group’s (P<0.05), it had statistics meaning. Conclusion:Subclinical hypothyroidism is one of the potential risk factors for coronary artery atherosclerosis patients, it is worthy of our attention and should prevent and improve it positively.
