Abstract Objective:To research and analyze the effect of liver placeholder lesions in clinical diagnosis and treatment using Percutaneous liver biopsy under the guide of ultrasound.Method:80 cases with liver occupying lesions in the hospital were selected from April 2013 to August 2014, with CT inspection respectively, conventional ultrasonic testing and ultrasonic guided percutaneous liver biopsy examination, and the proportion of three type diagnosis of lesions was compared. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of clinical diagnosis were compared.Result:The results of percutaneous liver biopsy pathology inspection under the guide of ultrasound was 22 cases( 2.75%), 18 cases of chronic hepatitis B( 2.25%), 16 cases of cirrhosis( 20.00%); 8 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma( 10.00%); 7 cases of non alcoholic fatty liver( 8.75%); 5 metastases cases( 6.25%); 2 cases of chronic hepatitis( 2.50%); 1 case of alcoholic liver disease( 1.25%); 1 case of nodular hyperplasia( 1.25%).Test sensitivity of ultrasound guided percutaneous
liver biopsy was 81.25%, 85.00% of specificity, 92.50% of accuracy was significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasonic inspection, and the difference was statistical significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided percutaneous liver puncture biopsy is a safe and effective clinical application in liver occupying lesions diagnosis means, which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, early diagnosis is advantageous to the treatment and prognosis of patients.
