Abstract Objective:To explore the role and significance of psychological intervention and music therapy in liver dynamic enhancement scanning with 3.0 T MRI.Method:230 patients who underwent liver dynamic enhancement scanning from June 2012 to June 2014, and were randomly divided into three groups, the first experimental group received routine nursing care, the second experimental group used psychological intervention nursing and routine nursing care, the third experimental group used psychological intervention nursing and music therapy nursing.Changes of vital signs were observed and compared before and after examination( blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, pulse),symptoms, psychological and time.Result:(1) The first experimental group had statistical differences before and after MRI examination; the second experimental group had slightly increased than the third experimental group before and after MRI examination.(2) The first experimental group need( 25.5±6.7)min than the second experimental group (20.5±4.1)min and the third experimental group( 18.3±2.1)min.Conclusion:The psychological intervention and music therapy could alleviate the physiological and psychological changes of patients before and after MRI examination,relieve anxiety and depression, and it was helpful to get a satisfactory results.
