Abstract  Objective:To explore the application of flurbiprofen axetil in patients with mechanical ventilation associated lung injury and the effect of nursing measures.Method:60 patients needed mechanical ventilation treated in ICU in our hospital in 2014 January-2014 June were selected as the research objects, all patients were given flurbiprofen and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional care, monitoring of body temperature, pulse, the observation group was given targeted nursing, nursing of airway management and comfortable nursing etc.To compare effect between the two groups.Result:In the observation group VAP, UEX occurred in 4 cases(13.3%), 2 cases( 6.7%), and was lower than that of the control group( P<0.05).The observation group was significantly better than the control group in comfortable degree( P<0.05).Group spirit, sleep, diet, mental status scores was observed for( 4.51±0.38),( 4.41±0.35),( 4.55±0.36),( 4.46±0.33), and was higher than that of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil used in mechanical ventilation related lung injury patients should pay attention to the implementation of clinical nursing measures, taking comfort care and airway care helps to reduce complication, so it has important clinical value.
