Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic resection combined with goserelin treatment in patients with uterine adenomyoma.Method：60 cases with uterine adenomyoma patients were selected in November 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic lesions resection as the study object， the clinical data of all patients were reviewed and analyzed.Result：The uterine myoma patients after clinical treatment the strength and the amount of menstrual dysmenorrhea were significantly better than before the surgery，the differences had statistical significance（P<0.05）；compared the menstrual cycle and the menstrual period before and after，the differences were no statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of laparoscopy lesion resection combined with goserelin in patients with uterine adenomyoma，it has significant effect.
