Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane and remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic operation.Method： 80 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were selected from November 2013 to Octomber 2014 in our hospital as the research object，and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were
treated by remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia，the observation group patients were treated by remifentanil combination with sevoflurane.Result： After clinical treatment，directional force of recovery time，eye opening time，spontaneous breathing time and extubation time of two groups’ patients were analyzed，the differences had no statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion： In the process of the implementation of laparoscopic surgery，two kinds of anesthesia methods have their advantages and disadvantages，so you can choose a proper method of anesthesia according to the actual situation.
