Abstract Objective:To compare treatment significance of two different methods for complex fractures of distal disease.Method:In our hospital orthopedic surgery were randomly collected 200 cases of distal femoral fractures were complex, the application of minimally invasive stabilization system( LISS) and anatomical plate in the treatment of complex fractures of the distal femur surgery patients were randomly divided into anatomical plate group sequence and LISS plate group.Operative time, surgical incision, blood loss, complications and healing time, etc., and with the modified HSS score to evaluate the degree of improvement in postoperative knee function were compared.Result:LISS plate group operative time, surgical incisions, complications and healing time were significantly less than the anatomical plate group, and the group HSS score significantly better than anatomical plate group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LISS and anatomical plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures can be complicated to obtain satisfactory results, but LISS fixation system with angular stability, fracture fixation reliably reflect the principles of minimally invasive, thus reducing the risk of pain and treatment of patients, reducing the incidence of complications from the overall perspective of the patients did not significantly increase the cost of treatment, and promoting the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship, worthy of clinical application.
