Abstract Objective:To analyze and study on effect of radiotherapy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma using situation and the role of diffusion weighted imaging evaluation.Method:Randomly selected from July 2012 to July 2014, conducted in our hospital oncology radiotherapy of 67 cases of liver cancer patients.Respectively by traditional morphological imaging and diffusion weighted imaging method to evaluate the clinical curative effect of patients, and the
evaluation function of the two methods of comparison, statistics and analysis.Result:The clinical analysis showed that patients with traditional morphological imaging scan no difference between the value of tumor size, before and after was not statistically significant( P>0.05).And diffusion weighted imaging scans of ADC values had significant changes before and after treatment, compared before and after there were significant difference, statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of diffusion weighted imaging in patients with liver cancer radiotherapy curative effect evaluation, can timely, accurately reflect the changes of lesions ADC, therefore, it is a scientific, effective and ideal method to evaluate liver cancer radiotherapy.
