Abstract Objective:To explore the effect of psychological pressure on nursing intervention for young patients with rectal cancer postoperative fistula.Method:Rectal cancer after colostomy patients below the age of 40 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group being routine health education,while observation group being the nursing interventio on the basis of the routine health education.Result:The pressure of observation group was
smaller than that of observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Systematic nursing intervention on young colostomy patients with postoperative rectal cancer can realease the psychological pressure,improve the understanding about the disease,make the patient actively cooperate with treatment and care.So the nursing effect is superior to the traditional nursing method.
