Abstract Objective:To investigate the diagnosis of perineal ultrasound in elderly female pelvic morphologic observation and pelvic floor dysfunction. Method:From August 2010 to March 2014 in our hospital treatment of 80 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected, and divided into SUI group( 48 cases) and POP group( 32 cases), the control group with similar age, selection of parity and body mass index of the women in 40 cases. The ultrasonic detection results of two groups were compared. Result:The Valsalva state, M in urinary incontinence group, organ prolapse group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), and anal contraction state, M in organ prolapse group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The resting state, A in urinary incontinence group, organ prolapse group significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); Valsalva, A in urinary incontinence group, organ prolapse group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), and anal contraction state, A in organ prolapse group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical value of perineal ultrasound for elderly female patients with pelvic morphologic observation and pelvic floor dysfunction is higher, it is worthy of popularization and application.
