Abstract Objective:To analyze the inter-beam and a concave iliopubic ligament in pediatric laparoscopic hernia repair application effect.Method:100 cases of pediatric inguinal hernia from September 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of each group. The control group received inner laparoscopic ligation, the observation group received iliopubic tract and interfoveolar ligament suture on the basis of control group.Treatment and relapse rates of the two groups were observed.Result:The two groups’ operation time, hospital stay and postoperative ambulation time had no significant difference( P>0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.0%, significantly lower than the 14.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The relapse rate of the observation group was 0, significantly lower than 10.0% of the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric hernia inner mouth horizontal bars appear around the peritoneal defect, and sutured iliopubic tract and interfoveolar ligament will help reduce the defect part of the peritoneum horizontal bars on the inner mouth ligation programs should be more firmly this method effectively reduces concurrency disease and relapse rates, should be introduced.
