Abstract Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of micro free flap to repair the four upper finger wound applications. Method: From February 2014 to October, in our hospital 18 small finger wound patients were irregular wounds, using four miniature arm free flap repair for treatment, used in emergency percutaneous flap. To observe clinical effect. Result: After treatment, all 18 patients flaps survived well, wound healing well. Postoperative follow-up, the flap appearance, blood supply and good texture, flap sensory function in varying degrees of recovery. Significant risk refers to the functional recovery for 13 patients, 4 patients with good recovery, 1 patient with poor recovery. Conclusion: Arm free flap repair miniature little finger wound treatment can effectively recover finger function, the clinical effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
