| The Clinical Application of Hysterosalpingography with Ioversol in Infertility under Digital Gastrointestinal Machine |

Abstract Objective：To discuss the advantage and disadvantage of hysterosalpingography（HSG） with ioversol under the digital gastrointestinal machine（DGIM），and to evaluate the clinical practice value.Method：600 cases of female infertility patients with clinical and imaging data were retrospectively analyzed and among them there were 183 cases primary infertility， 417 cases secondary infertility. All patients were dynamically observed by TV fluoroscopy under DGIM to know the filling and unobstructed case of uterus and fallopian tube，and digital photography， and after 30 minutes in the X-ray film review.Result： Uterine cavity： 556 cases were normal，44 cases were abnormal.126 cases of bilateral tubal were unobstructed；218 cases of bilateral tubal were abnormal（pass and poor/less，obstruction，hydrosalpinx and adhesion parcel），unilateral were 256 cases. Countercurrent were 38 cases. Pelvic adhesions were 216 cases. HSG were 121 cases of normal. There were 42 cases of side e effects（ including 29 cases of abdominal pain，9 cases of nausea and vomiting，4 cases of chest distress and cough）.Conclusion：HSG with ioversol under DGIM can guarantee image quality and diagnostic result，with few side effects ，ioversol is safety，convenience， timesaving and less painful for patients.Therefore，it is worthy of application.
