Influences of Behavioral Guidance on Curative Effects of Patients with Chronic Cough Caused by Laryngopharyngeal Reflux

Abstract  Objective: To explore influences of behavioral guidance on curative effects of chronic cough caused by laryngopharyngeal reflux.  Method: 87 laryngopharyngeal reflux induced chronic cough patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, the control group was treated with Omeprazole combined with Domperidone treatment, nursing intervention in the intervention group was treated with the same drugs at the same time to the behavior guide, curative effect and RSI score of the two groups were observed. Result: After 8 weeks treatment, the total efficiency was 72.09% in the control group, the intervention group was 88.64%; the RSI score of the control group was( 8.12±3.04),the intervention group was( 7.11±2.31), two items of data through the comparison, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion: The laryngopharyngeal reflux induces chronic cough and guides to behavior in drug treatment, which can improve the curative effect.
