| The Clinical Safety Evaluation of QN Antibacterial Drugs in Our Hospital |

Abstract Objective：To evaluate the safety of our hospital QN antibacterial drug clinical applications. Method：A retrospective selection of patients from December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital， 80 patients were treated with QN antibacterial drugs， according to the order of their admission into observation group； 80 cases were treated with the same effective drugs，divided into control group according to the order of admission.Result：Patients after the use of antimicrobial drugs in total efficiency of 73.7% was significantly higher than patients in the control group of 47.5%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Adverse reactions were observed，the rate of observation group was 41.2% after use of antimicrobial drugs was significantly lower than the rate of adverse events 92.5% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. At the same time，patients’ age， mode of administration and time of occurrence were connected with patients’ adverse reaction，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.However，compared with the patients’ gender，the difference was no statistically significant（P>0.05）. Conclusion： QN antibacterial drug application in our hospital is safety ， it can effectively reduce the adverse reaction and enhance the effectiveness of drugs，worth widely used.
