Abstract Objective:To investigate the efficiency of clinical application of super-lizer treatment for patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee. Method:86 patients with degenerative arthritis of the knee were selected from October 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital, these 86 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, given non-steroidal antiinflammatory therapy based on treatment of protecting the knee, and experimental group was given super lizer treatment based on conventional treatment. The treatment effect, knee function and pain remission of patients in the two groups were compared.Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.69%,the total effective rate was 72.09% in the control group, the experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment, the pain scores of two group of patients was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment, patients’ pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); before treatment, there was no significantly significant difference between two groups of patients at HSS Compare ratings and WOMAC scores(P>0.05); after treatment, in both groups, the HSS score and WOMAC scores improved significantly compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), but the HSS score and WOMAC scores of experiment group of patients were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying super lizer treatment programs in patients with degenerative arthritis of the knee, the analgesic effect is significant, it can promote the recovery of patients with knee function, and has important clinical reference value.
