| Analysis of Cervical Spondylopathy Patient’s of Perimenopausal Women Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristics |

Abstract Objective：To explore TCM physique characteristics and related effects of perimenopausal female patients with cervical vertebra disease factors.Method：Cervical spondylopathy of perimenopausal women of 200 cases and healthy control women of 96 cases were randomly selected from Guangdong second traditional Chinese medical hospital，the research objects were determined by the institute of Chinese medicine in April 2009 promulgation of the Chinese constitution classification and determination of standard’s constitution，multi factor Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between TCM constitutional types and perimenopausal women with cervical spondylopathy. Result：196 cases of cervical spondylosis patients， peace constitution of 51 cases， the biased constitution of 145 cases，among them， only the biased constitution（ only one biased constitution）of 91 cases， and clip the biased constitution （two or more than two kinds of biased constitution）of 54 cases.96 cases of healthy perimenopausal women， peace constitution of 35 cases， the biased constitution of 61 cases（ all simple biased matter）.The peace constitution proportion of perimenopausal women with cervical spondylopathy was lower than physical health women， and cervical vertebra disease of female biased physique proportion was higher than physical health women， compared two groups’ TCM constitution distribution，the difference was statistically significant（P=0.004）.Logistic regression analysis showed that：compared with the peace constitution， yang deficiency constitution of perimenopausal women suffering from cervical vertebra disease risk increased significantly， the OR value was 1.329.Conclusion：Perimenopausal patients with cervical spondylosis，biased constitution accounted for the vast majority，and from that the yang deficiency constitution in most patients； yang deficiency constitution is positively associated with menopausal women with physical type of cervical spondylosis.
