Abstract Objective:To investigate the effects of care bundles to respiratory management in coronary artery bypass grafting( CABG) perioperative.Method:The data of 100 cardiovascular surgical patients undergone CABG in a hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected.According to random number table, the patients were divided into observation group( 50 cases) and control group(50 cases).Patients in the observation group were served care bundles, while the control group patients were given the traditional nursing mode. Two groups were observed with the indexes as follows, the adherence and the rates of successfully grasp the right method of respiratory function training, the numbers of patients complicated with postoperative atelectasis and lung infection, the hospitalization time and patients’ satisfaction with hospital nursing.Result:The patients of observation group master the correct way of deep breathing training and sputum clearance by coughing, the results of compliance and satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control group, these differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Patients of observation group complicated with postoperative atelectasis and lung infection were obviously less than the control group, and hospitalization time were reduced compared with the control group, the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The result showed that care bundles can effectively improve the quality of nursing of managing respiratory tract during the perioperation of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting( CABG), reduce postoperative lung complications and promote rehabilitation of patients.
