Abstract Objective:To explore the clinical effect, safety and feasibility of large diameter line uterine fibroids rejecting operation under laparoscopic, further to provides the basis to guide clinical.Method:the clinical date before and after the operation of the 231 patients from January 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed, 119 patients with large diameter line uterine fibroids rejecting operation under laparoscopic as observation group, 112 patients with large diameter line uterine fibroids rejecting operation under traditional open surgery as control group.the operation conditions, degree of postoperative pain and complications of the patients were analyzed and compared.Result:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups had no significant differences( P>0.05).The anal exhaust time, using of analgesic, and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the values between the two groups were statistically significant( P<0.05).Postoperative pain degree of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, the result was statistically significant( P<0.05).The complications of the two groups had significant differences, it was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy for large diameter line is a safe and effective minimally invasive operation method, the clinical curative effect is remarkable. It has the advantages of faster postoperative recovery and less complications. It is worthy of clinical reference.
