Abstract Objective：To explore the inhibitory effect of Fei Lao-kang in high dosage on multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.Method：The models were prepared by injecting tuberculosis into the tail vein of rats，which therapy 56 days continuously through intragastric administration.Then weigh the mice and their organs，calculate the organ coefficient and observe the pathological changes of main organs of the mice.Result： The weight of mice in the Fei Laokang group and combination group increaced，and the liver coefficient and the coefficient of lung decrease.The number of pulmonary nodules reduced and the survival time of the model mice extended.The pathology result showed that Fei Lao-kang in high dosage and high dosage Fei Lao-kang joint with rifampicin can relief the inflammation of liver，lung and spleen. Conclusion：Fei Lao-kang in high dosage has good therapeutic effect in rifampicin resistant tuberculosis model mice.
