| Study on Clinical Features and Prognosis Factors of Tissue Disease Pulmonary Hypertension Disease |

Abstract Objective：To research and analyze the clinical effect and prognostic factors of tissue disease pulmonary hypertension disease，and discuss its clinical significance.Method：The clinical data of 200 connective tissue who admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected， 100 non pulmonary hypertension disease patients were chose as CTD group（100 cases），and 100 pulmonary hypertension disease patients were selected as CTD-PAH group（100 cases）.The clinical index of two groups were analyzed， two group’s clinical symptom，serum immunology auto-antibodies were summarized and compared.Result：Pericardial effusion， pleural effusion， interstitial lung disease， arthritis， renault phenomenon of CTD-PAH group had statistical significance compared with CTD group（P<0.05）； CTD-PAH group’s C3， C-reactive protein， circulating immune complex， blood sedimentation had statistical significance compared with CTD group（ P<0.05）；CTD-PAH group’s ANA ，anti-U1RNP antibody had statistical significance compared with CTD group（ P<0.05）.The adverse outcome rate of CTD group was lower than that of the CTDPAH group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Pericardial effusion，pleural effusion，interstitial lung disease，arthritis，renault phenomenon are common in tissue disease combined pulmonary hypertension disease，the increase of CIC，anti-U1RNP antibody positive have specific significance，it is helpful to clinical early diagnosis.
