Abstract Objective：To observe the influence of high quality nursing on blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure and quality of life in the primary hospital. Method：104 hypertension patients in our hospital from May 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 52 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional care， while the observation group were given high quality nursing care.The changes of blood pressure，the control of blood pressure and the quality of life before and after nursing were compared. Result：After the nursing，the systolic and diastolic blood pressure，the control conditions of blood pressure and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the primary hospital， carrying out high quality nursing in patients with high blood pressure can control blood pressure and improve the patients’ quality of life.
