Abstract  Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of comfortable anesthesia combined spinal epidural during the whole delivery process.Method:120 pregnant women were randomly divided into comfortable anesthesia group and control group,60 cases in each group. In control group pregnant women were delivered without analgesics,in comfortable anesthesia group pregnant women were delivered with psychological intervention and combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Visual analogue pain score( VAS) was used to evaluate the pain scores during catheterization, forceps delivery, repair of perineum and uterine contraction.Puerperae’s anxiety scores, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal Apgar score and maternal satisfaction were compared between two groups. Result:The VAS and anxiety scores during catheterization, forceps delivery, repair of perineum and uterine contraction in comfortable anesthesia group were lower than those in control group, the satisfaction after delivery in comfortable anesthesia group was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obviously difference between two groups in postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score(P>0.05). Conclusion:The comfortable anesthesia can reduce puerperae’s pain and anxiety during the whole delivery process, and reduce the affect of puerperae’s psychology. So the analgesics effect of puerperaes is obvious with comfortable anesthesia. The satisfaction of puerperae is improved. It is beneficial to eliminate the doctor-patient contradiction, improve obstetric quality. In a word, the comfortable anesthesia is worthy popularized in clinical practice.
