Abstract MicroRNAs（ miRNA）is one of the key players in the gene expression regulatory network.It can regulate the gene expression of ion channel and participate in cardiac electrical remodeling，which is the important mechanism of the arrhythmia.To study the miRNA and cardiac electrical remodeling can help to clarify the mechanism of arrhythmia and open up a new way for the treatment of arrhythmia.This review article aims to provide a synopsis of the studies linking miRNA and cardiac electrical remodeling.
