Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical value of endocrine disorders of infertility by combination therapy.Method： 110 patients with infertility of endocrine disorders in our hospital were selected as the research objects from June 2013 to June 2014，all the patients were treated by human menopausal gonadotropin， chorionic gonadotropin and crow clomiphene combined treatment， and the treatment effect was analysed. Result：110 patients were treated with 233 cycles， 203 cycles had ovulation， the ovulation rate was 87.1%（203/233）.110 patients were treated with the first cycle of 36 cases success， 74 patients were treated with the second cycle of 25 cases success， 49 patients were treated with the third cycle of 7 cases success. 68 cases were successful，the pregnancy rate was 61.8%（68/110）；6 patients occurred ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome， accounted for 5.5%（6/110）. Conclusion： Using human menopausal gonadotropin， human chorionic gonadotropin and combined medication of clomiphene citrate three drug way on endocrine disorders of patients with infertility treatment has good effect，it is conducive to the promotion of ovulation and pregnancy，has less adverse reaction， significant clinical value， so it is should be popularized and applied.
