Effect of Community Nursing Process on the Quality Control of Community Nursing in Stroke Patients |

Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of community nursing process on the quality control of community nursing in stroke patients. Method:100 stroke patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing according to community nursing process.The knowledge awareness of disease,satisfaction of community nursing service and Activities of Daily Living( ADL scores) before and after nursing between the two groups were compared. Result:After nursing,the total understanding rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than 44.0% in the control group,the community nursing service satisfaction of the observation group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 72.0% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the ADL scores of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),the ADL scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:For stroke patients with nursing according to community nursing process,can effectively improve the quality of patient care,and promote physical and psychological recovery of the patient.This kind of care model is feasible and effective,should be popularized in clinical practice,in order to help more patients benefit.
