Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment methods and effects of neonatal breast milk jaundice(BMJ). Method:50 neonates with breast milk jaundice admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected in the study.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into the control group and the research group according to the different treatment,25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, the research group was given blue light irradiation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, total serum bilirubin before and after treatment, the cure time and the length of hospital stay between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the research group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group, the cure time and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum total bilirubin of the two groups after treatment were decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the research group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal breast milk jaundice on the basis of routine treatment is obvious, and it can shorten the length of hospital stay and promote the recovery of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion for reference.
