Abstract “Serum Medicinal Chemistry” is one of the most effective ways to research the potential basis of TCM in this stages.Material basis of pharmacodynamic is the primary basis for accurate assessment of TCM quality，for the modernization of Chinese medicine has great significance.In this paper，we reviewed the research reports of using the way of serum Medicinal Chemistry to control the TCM quality，to provide a reference for the establishment of a more accurate and reasonable quality control of TCM models and approaches.
