Abstract Objective:To analyze the effect of Diprospan intralesional injection combined with chemical exfoliation in the treatment of cystic acne.Method:158 patients with cystic acne admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random sampling method,79 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, the observation group was given Diprospan intralesional injection combined with chemical exfoliation treatment on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, recurrence and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 67.91% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.53%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.66%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 6.33%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.39%,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Diprospan intralesional injection combined with chemical exfoliation in the treatment of cystic acne is significant, with high safety and feasibility,is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
