Abstract Objective：To analyze the effect oflocking plate combined with allograft bone in extremities benign bone tumors with pathological fracture.Method：50 cases of long bones limbs benign bone tumors with pathological fracture were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015，and according to the different treatment methods，they were divided into study group（ 25 cases）， control group（ 25 cases）.The control group was treated with locking plate，the study group was treated with locking plate combined with allograft bone， clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Result：Bone healing time，recurrence and rejection aspects in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group， the differences between the two groups has statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of limbs long bone benign bone tumors with pathological fracture，the application of locking plate combined with allograft bone surgical treatment，not only can enhance clinical curative effect，also can promote the patients into bone，bone defect repairing effect，reduce the rejection rate，play a positive therapeutic effect.
