Abstract Objective：To evaluate the effect of collective health education model based on anti-cancer social work organizations focused on cancer rehabilitation cancer patients.Method：255 cancer patients participated in 2013 were conducted a questionnaire survey after the training.Result：Cancer patients before and after training in the scientific knowledge of the disease， reducing over-treatment， and enhance the confidence to overcome cancer， rehabilitation and establish the correct attitude， correct bad habits and other aspects have improved to varying degrees， by the statistical test showed significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Collective anti-cancer tumors rehabilitation health education model based on social work organization is an efficient health education model.
