Abstract  Objective:To analyze the applying value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging combination with dynamic enhanced scan in the diagnosis of hepatic space-occupying lesions.Method:49 patients with liver space-occupying lesions in our hospital were selected as the research objects from July 2010 to July 2014, the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Result:All patients were successfully completed the examination cavernous, hemangioma had high apparent diffusion coefficient, followed by liver metastases, the lowest for primary hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC). Malignant liver tumors compared with hemangioma of ADC values, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The dynamic enhancement curve of primary hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) were mainly 10 cases(47.62%)of Ⅰ type, liver metastases were mainly 9 cases(60.0%) of Ⅱ type, hemangiomas were mainly 33 cases(67.35%) of Ⅲ type, and compared three kinds of liver placeholder dynamic contrast enhancement curve type ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of DWI combined with dynamic contrast-enhanced scan was higher than that of dynamic contrast-enhanced scan. Conclusion: MRI diffusion weighted imaging combination with dynamic enhanced scan in clinical diagnosis of liver space-occupying lesions can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy rate,it is worthy of popularization and application.
