Abstract Objective：To explore the setting scheme of the ＂ Nursing professional toxicology and protection ＂in nursing undergraduate colleges.Method：Constructed the basic framework of the course according to chapter“nursing security”of Newly Edited Nursing Basic and Toxicology Basis.Made two rounds of consulting on 20 experts with the questionnaires prepared by myself.Finally established the setting scheme of the course through expert argumentation.Result：Determined the course content framework and the course would be given in the form of professional electives before practice. Lectures would be delivered according to the teaching goals and phases of the chapters ， each carried on 60%（ theory） and 40%（ practice） assessment.Conclusion：Nursing occupational protection education is the main way to enhance self-protection awareness of nursing students and to reduce occupational exposure behavior，curriculum program can provide a foundation for our nursing colleges to establish such courses.
