Efficacy Observation of Light-cured Compounded Resin in the Treatment of Tooth Diseases |

Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical effects of light-cured compounded resin in the treatment of tooth defect in different parts and to discuss the factors that affect efficacy.Method:64 defected teeth in different parts were given the light-cured compounded resin to restore. The patients were then followed up after three, five and eight years of the treatment.Finally,the effectiveness and elements affecting clinical restoration during the treatment were analyzed. Result:According to the interviews of 64 defected teeth after three,five and eight years of the treatment, the success rate was respectively 90.63%,81.25% and 68.75%.Failure cases included abrasion, detachment of fillings, secondary caries,color change and stain.Conclusion:The success rate of light-cured compounded resin in the treatment of tooth defect in different parts is high, but in the long term the efficacy remains to be improved.
