Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Letrozole in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility. Method: A total of 80 patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility who were admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Letrozole, and the observation group was treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Letrozole. The follicular development, endometrial thickness on the day of injection of Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection (hCG), the total dose of Menotropins (HMG) was used, serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) levels one week after ovulation, cervical mucus scores, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the diameter of the main follicle in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group on the day of hCG injection, and the total dose of HMG was used in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). One week after ovulation, the levels of E2 and P in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the cervical mucus scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ovulatory dysfunction infertility treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Letrozole can improve the follicular development and endometrial, cervical mucus, and increase the hormone levels, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients.
