Abstract Objective: To study the effect of Mimics simulation-assisted bronchoscopic cryotherapy in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis. Method: A total of 68 patients with bronchial tuberculosis admitted to Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected, they were divided into observation group (n=34) and reference group (n=34) by random number table method. The reference group received bronchoscopic cryotherapy, and the observation group received Mimics simulation-assisted bronchoscopic cryotherapy. The total effective rate, negative conversion rate of deep sputum and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The negative conversion rate of deep sputum in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group, and CD8+ in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Mimics simulation-assisted bronchoscopic cryotherapy has better effect on patients with bronchoscopy than single bronchoscopy cryotherapy, which can effectively improve the negative conversion rate of deep sputum and immune function of patients, and can be used for reference in clinical practice.
