Abstract Objective: To investigate the application effect of Sacubitril Valsartan in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) operation for acute myocardial infarction and influence for expression of disease related blood indexes. Method: A total of 109 patients with PCI operation for acute myocardial infarction in Beijing Changping District Hospital Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2021 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the control group with 54 cases and the observation group with 55 cases by the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine perioperative treatment for PCI operation, the observation group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function indexes [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVEDD) and left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD)], myocardial injury indexes [serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP)], vascular endothelial injury indexes [serum endothelin-1 (ET-1), homocysteine (Hcy) and von willebrand factor (vWF)], survival state [the simple Kansas city cardiomyopathy questionnaire (KCCQ-12) score] of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Result: The cardiac function indexes, myocardial injury indexes, vascular endothelial injury indexes and KCCQ-12 scores of two groups before the treatment were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05), the myocardial injury indexes and vascular endothelial injury indexes of the observation group at 1 week and 2 weeks after operation, were significantly lower than those of the control group, the LVEF and KCCQ-12 scores at 6 and 12 weeks after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group, the LVEDD and LVESD were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of Sacubitril Valsartan in patients with PCI operation for acute myocardial infarction is better, and it can significantly improve the expression of disease related blood indexes of patients.
