Abstract  Objective: To investigate the effect of Labetalol combined with Aspirin in the treatment of preeclampsia and its influence on vascular endothelial function. Method: A total of 60 preeclampsia patients admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from August to December 2021 were selected, they were divided into control group (Aspirin) and observation group (Labetalol + Aspirin) according to different medication methods, with 30 cases in each group. Blood pressure, urinary protein, vascular endothelial function, adverse reactions and pregnancy outcomes were compared. Result: After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, urinary protein, endothelin (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) in both groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions, adverse pregnancy outcomes and cesarean section between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of preeclampsia with Labetalol combined with Aspirin is beneficial to reduce blood pressure and urinary protein levels, promote the recovery of vascular endothelial function, with high safety.
