Abstract Objective: To investigate the change of serum cytokeratin 19 (CK19), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and interleukin indexes expression of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma. Method: A total of 40 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma complicated with lymph node metastasis in Hongda Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2019 to July 2022 were chosen as the group A, 40 cases with papillary thyroid carcinoma and without lymph node metastasis were chosen as the group B, 40 patients with benign thyroid disease at the same time were chosen as the group C.
