Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of Xue-sai-tong injection on the hemorheology of patients who were treated with lower limb orthopedic operation and the nursing experience.Method：69 patients who were treated with lower limb orthopedic operation in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were injected with Xue-sai-tong injection，and intervened with specific nursing management.Result：No one had deep venous thrombosis occurred in the 69 patients.After
treatment，indexes of whole blood viscosity，plasma viscosity，erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen content were significantly lower than before（P<0.05）.Conclusion：It is benefit for the lower limb orthopedic operation patients with Xuesai-tong injection，and intervention with specific nursing management.
