Abstract Text information extraction became a novel mechanism for knowledge mining from texts in Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） domain in recent years.We constructed an ontology-based text information extraction system for TCM domain.It can extract semantic relations from TCM texts，and support users to browse，analyze，and annotate these relations. This system can facilitate TCM experts to acquire knowledge from TCM documents， and further refine TCM domain ontologies.
