Abstract Objective:To evaluate the effect of Dezocine and Dezocine combined with Ropivacaine on healing of incision and the expression of GM-CSF. Method:One-hundred healthy and clean male Kunming mice were randomly divided into Normal Sline group(group NS),0.5% Ropivacaine group(group L),Dezocine roup(group D) ,0.5% Ropivacaine and Dezocine group(group Y),each group had 25 mice. 10 minutes before incision , group L was injected subcutaneously with 0.5% Ropivacaine(1 mL/kg), group D was injected by intraperitoneal injection with Decoine(5 mL/kg) , group Y was injected with 0.5% Ropivacaine(1 mL/kg) and Dezocine(5 mL/kg).The equal volume of Normal Saline was injected into the no injection sections of group L,D,NS.Five mice in each group were chosen for recording the healing time,twenty mice were taken in each group for recording the wound area about 72 hours after operation(measured the rate of wound healing).The skin tissues around the incision were removed in order to determine the concentration of GM-CSF. Result:The healing time, the rate of wound healing and the concentration of GM-CSF in group L,D,Y were all better than those in group NS,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the indexes above between group D and group L were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The healing time, the rate of wound healing and the concentration of GM-CSF in group Y were all better than those in group L and group D,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05) . Conclusion:Both 0.5% Ropivacaine and Dezocine can promote the expression of GMCSF and the wound healing of incision.The combination of the two drugs have better effects on promoting the expression of GM-CSF and the wound healing of incisions.
