| Study on the Compliance of Statins in Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease |

Abstract Objective：To investigate the compliance of statins in secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease，and to identify the factors influencing the compliance of statins.Method：Data were prospectively collected on consecuffvely encountered 199 ischemic stroke or transient ransient ischemic attacks（ TIA） patients.The compliance of statins was investigated at 3，6 months and 1，2，3 years follow-up.The Logistic regression analysis was used for the analysis of influence factors of the compliance of statins.Result：The application rate of statins at 3 months and 3 years was 57.7% and 41.9%，respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that good compliance of statins was associated with the Han nationality（OR=2.15，95% CI：1.10-4.20），the patients with the basic medical insurance system for urban employees or free medical service（ OR=3.43，95% CI：1.21-9.69）and ischemic stroke（ OR=4.47，95% CI：1.24-16.05）. Conclusion：In Xinjiang minority nationality areas， the Han nationality， the patients with the basic medical insurance system for urban employees or free medical service and ischemic stroke have better statins compliance.
