| Clinical Significance of Multi-slice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography in Special Care for Elderly Patients |

Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in special care for elderly patients.Method：1282 elderly patients came to our hospital for medical examination from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，641 cases in each group.The control group was given usual care，the observation group was given special care.The results of multi slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the elderly patients between the two groups were observed and its clinical significance were analyzed.Result：After nursing，the rates of heart rate variation，poor breath and poor image quality ratio in the elderly patients of observation group before and after the examination were 10.1%，6.7% and 8.4%，which were significantly lower than 45.4%，31.7% and 30.7% of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：After elderly patients with special care，can significantly reduce the phenomenon of heart rate variation，poor breath and poor image quality of elderly patients before and after examination，ensure the clinical diagnosis of multi slice spiral CT coronary angiography，is worthy of clinical promotion.
