Abstract Objective:To study the application efficacy of Dezocine combined with Propofol in elderly patients with painless gastroscopy.Method:95 elderly patients with painless gastroscopy admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research objects in the study, the observation group was given Dezocine combined with Propofol for anesthesia, the control group was given Remifentanil Hydrochloride combined with Propofol for anesthesia. The anesthetic effect, the signs of indicators and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared. Result:Compared with T1 time point, the MAP and HR values of the observation group at T2 time point were significantly lower, the MAP of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the MAP and SpO2 of the control group were significantly lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T3 time point, the HR of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the SpO2 value was slightly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average onset time of anesthesia, anesthesia awake time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, the VAS score was significantly lower than the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.42%,which was significantly lower than 38.30% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthetic effect of Dezocine combined with Propofol in elderly patients with painless gastroscopy is better, intraoperative anesthetic effect quickly, with little pain,is conducive to the implementation of endoscopic surgery, shorter anesthesia awake time, less postoperative adverse reactions, with high safety,is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
